My stop motion project was inspired by a video on YouTube called "DEADLINE post-is stop motion." It was directed by Bang-yao Liu and it was for his senior project at Savannah College of Art and Design. I wanted to give this technique a try. I used my phone to take all of these pictures so created my own tripod by taping my phone to box. Unfortunately that did not work very well and some of the photos look out of line with the others. After doing this project i realized how hard it is to create these videos. Mine is just 180 photos and including the intro takes 39 seconds to view. Moving one sticky at a time is very time consuming. I liked Liu's video before but now that I have tried this technique I cant even image the amount of work that went into creating his.
